To enable your KM$ to be paid out, the following requirements must be met.
- The payout is ONLY possible with a completed ID-CHECK.
- A payout can be initiated from a VALUE of at least 100 KM$ and can be determined individually (e.g., 108 of your 130 KM$).
- Due to the system, only even amounts without decimals can be paid out.
- For escorts with a basic membership, we charge a processing fee of 30% for the payout.
- For escorts with a Plus membership, we charge a processing fee of 20% for the payout.
- The average processing time can take up to 7 working days.
- A maximum of 3 payouts can be requested at the same time.
- It is not possible to pay out KM$ that you have purchased yourself.
- It is possible to enter the VAT (sales tax) when purchasing our Plus membership, but this is not mandatory.
ATTENTION - We reserve the right to request additional data via e-mail contact. In these cases, it is necessary to provide the following information and data.
- If the ID check has not yet been completed or is older than one year, a copy of a valid ID document - front and back (e.g., ID card, passport) is required.
- If a copy of a passport is submitted, additional proof of the current residential address must be provided. For example, a copy of a utility bill showing the name and address together can be submitted.
- a valid proof of the IBAN specified for payment (e.g., copy of bank card or bank statement) showing the name and IBAN together. If a copy of a bank statement is submitted, this document must not be older than 4 weeks.
- The written confirmation in which a “yes” or “no” answer is given to whether the person is registered as a self-employed businessperson.
It is important that the data on the identification document be clearly visible and not be made unrecognizable.
The data stated in the payout document must match the data transmitted 100% in order to comply with the requirements of BaFin (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority - Money Laundering Act).
As soon as you click/tap on “Payout”, a window will open with the necessary form. As soon as all mandatory fields have been filled in, you must tick “I have read and understood” our General Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy, the KM$ Terms of Use and the Cancellation Policy.
During the payout, there are three displays that provide information about the current status.
- Successful
- Failed (contact support with the displayed error message xxx)
- Being processed.
The “Successful” or “Failed” messages must be acknowledged by pressing the “OK, got it” button.
When 'Failed' is displayed, you will be asked to contact support using the error code shown.
The successful payout is displayed as a notification pop-up on KM and also sent as a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address verified in the profile.
