AO - Without protection - the rules on Kaufmich!

The Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG for short) has been in force in Germany since 01.07.2017. Among other things, the “condom obligation” (Section 32) was enshrined in this law.

This means that advertising for and inquiring about sexual services, such as sexual intercourse without a condom, is prohibited under Section 32 (3) ProstSchG.

In Germany this is called AO (Alles ohne = which translates to "everything without protection") 

Accordingly, any advertising for or request for AO, regardless of the type of sexual service, is prohibited. 

It must also be taken into account - that any intercourse in which sexual organs are used is legally considered sexual intercourse. This means that unprotected oral intercourse, for example, is actually sexual intercourse! So, in conclusion this includes Vagina, Oral or Anal sex.

Violations of this law can be punished with fines of up to 10,000 euros for prostitutes and up to 50,000 euros for clients.

As Kaufmich takes this law very seriously, we therefore strictly prohibit the advertising or requesting of AO.

The ban covers all content on our site and applies to:

• Profile texts. Blogs and events
• Videos (including porn that has already been filmed)
• photos
• all media offers
• any requests (also indirect or as an innuendo) in reported messages
• any offers (also indirect or subliminal) in reported messages

We are committed to the health of all our users and will act accordingly in such cases.

• Any first-time violation of this rule will be punished by us with a 3-day profile ban.
• Repeated violations will lead to a permanent banning of the profile and permanent exclusion from our community.

Profile sanctions - AO 

Offers of or requests for unprotected sex of any kind will result in a 3-day profile ban on the first offense.

Profiles with corresponding profile text will also be banned for 3 days and the public texts removed.

The system will automatically unblock the profile after 3 days.

In the event of repeated violations, the profile will be permanently banned!
