Who can see my data?

You yourself determine and are responsible for what data is displayed on your profile.

The general rule is:

Everything you share with other users in the community, whether via your profile text or in private messages, can be copied, saved, and used on other platforms by those who have access to it.

Such actions (e.g., copying images or profile texts) will not be tolerated by us and will be sanctioned accordingly. As soon as you become aware of such an offense, you should report the profile in question to us immediately.

In the case of copied profile texts, however, it is not always possible to determine in which profile this was first published. In such cases, we therefore ask you to communicate with each other.

If you discover a profile in which your profile text is being used without permission, please contact the user first and ask them to remove your text. If it is not possible to resolve the issue independently, please contact our support team.

Visibility of the different profiles:

• Client-profiles are generally only accessible to users who are logged in.
• Escort/business-profiles are also accessible to users who are not logged in if the public visibility has been set accordingly in Settings / My settings / Search & visibility / Maximum attention in the Internet.

• In order to protect escort profiles from unauthorized copying of their data, contact details and some profile details are only made available to logged-in users, and all photos are watermarked.
• It is therefore essential that all contact details are only entered in the designated positions in the profile and only sent in private messages.
• Publishing contact data outside the designated positions will be punished with removal and a warning, and may lead to permanent blocking of the profile.
